Ignited

Ignited is an event that Shaurya Bahl contributed to as a web developer. Originally launched as Ignited 25 in November 2025, it evolved into Ignited 26 with an updated format focused on startup pitches and investor engagement.

Shaurya's Role

Shaurya handled the website development for Ignited, working from a requirements document that specified:

• Updating the hero section and removing references to the previous year's event
• Building a pitch application form for startups to apply
• Integrating an agenda section in a new format
• Preparing the site to host an Investor Deck and Franchisee Deck

The project involved collaboration with Vicky, who managed the brand vision, agenda, and deck assets.

What Ignited Is

Ignited is a startup and entrepreneurship-focused event. The shift from "View Agenda" to "Apply to the Pitch" as the primary call-to-action suggests a move from a conference-style format to a pitch competition model — where startups apply to present to investors.

Connection to Shaurya's Work

Ignited sits alongside AI + Frnds and co/Build as part of Shaurya's involvement in the event and community space. While AI + Frnds is about teaching beginners to build with AI, Ignited operates in the startup investment space — a different audience but the same entrepreneurial ecosystem.
